So Dark..... I love this song and have just listened to both verisons on the Crystal Ball and the Come album
IMO the Crystal Ball album the best one - what do you think?

 , Dark is so much better than So DarkIt is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

, Dark is so much better than So Darkyep! the horn arrangements... so beautiful... all that work... michael b's drumming.... reduced to make it sound "phatter"... yeah right 
Dark is far superior and comparable to his best slow jams from the 80s. | |

IMO the Crystal Ball album the best one - what do you think? I bought "Crystal Ball" over ebay. I wanted to listen to Prince's "the truth". I never listened to the CB cdset. I did so last year while painting rooms. I didn't think much of it at all. I've not listened again. Utter Crap! News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so. You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop. | |

What I like better about So Dark is it actually sounds dark until the phrase about "sunshine" which casts a ray of hope over the listener...and then quickly descends back into the murky depths. But I like having Dark on Come because it's light all the way through and momentarily casts a ray of hope over an otherwise dark album. Also, So Dark would ruin the whole "one word song title" schtick. ..... [Edited 7/21/06 2:10am] Just say "NO" to cow mucus consumption! | |
