"Prince" album cover Hey all,
Ok we all know the image on the back cover of the Prince album is docotored (Pegasus?) but upon closer inspection, who is the person riding the damn thing? I assumed it was always Prince but examine the lack of a chestral are on the man on the front cover then check out the pecs on the porn star wannabe on the horse! How lame is it he got a stand in naked guy?!

actually, that was prince riding the horse. i think there's a bit of a story about that in DMSR or somesuch. i'd read about that photo shoot a while back, somebody had posted something about it here, IIRC--he wasn't really nekkid, he was in his drawerz and they got airbrushed out. that, and he had trouble hopping up on the horse's back.  | |

well i can seea blur in the lower half, so i imaging he aint reallynaked,
but come on look at the dude's arms and chest, he didnt have that kind of physique, he was still chubby in the Dirty Mind days dont u think, relatively speaking? U think thats him?

the front cover he looks like a 12 real old with a flat skinny chest. anyways, guess we'll never know for sure

I remember looking at that back cover in the record store back in the day. I kept staring and staring but couldn't see shit because of the blur. I would stare even harder and someone would walk up. Then I'd put the album down. When they would walk off, I would pick it back up again. I was a whore even back then. Andy is a four letter word. | |

Not sure how you come to that conclusion since you can hardly see his chest on the front of original "Prince" album cover. It's him on the horse. He was thick back then, had fluffy cheeks and everything. You can tell by his arms and legs, which were bare in the picture on the inside sleeve of the For You album. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
