Who was Prince talking about when he mentioned the 'banished ones'?

I don't think he was talking about any particular people in real life, if that's what you mean.

They're characters in the storyline of the album. If you listen to it all the way through, it's explained who they are.

The org is the banished ones. We'd get banned from the other Prince sites.

"And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment?
