I have 1 cat named Kitty. She's 16 years old and I've had her since I was 11. She's moved all over Minnepolis with me since I moved out of my parents after high school graduation. She's a black cat w/a few white patches and a pink nose. Last Wednesday I found out she has kidney disease. I thought that was it, and I cried all day. The vet, however, assured me it wasn't the end of her world yet. They said we cannot repair or cure her kidneys, but we can "manage" them. So- luckily, with the help of some medicine and a low-protein diet (and an IV for a few days to re-hydrate her) she seems fine. She's up and active again and she purred for the first time in weeks this morning. So today is a happy day for kitty and me.

I have a cute mini shih tzu named "foofoo",12, and a beautiful pembroke welsh corgi named "doodoohead",2, who just happens to be pictured in my profile! I inherited foofoo when she was 8 and she is the sweetest dog in the world!I always had bigger dogs and I never thought I could be a foo-foo dog person, but I have, on occassion, taken her out in her dog purse, which she came with! doodoohead is a very sweet, snuggly dog who likes to herd us around the house like cows! She is kind of a chicken who protects us by barking at strange noises from under the bed!
They especially enrich my life by making sure I wake up on time in the morning by standing on me if I don't get up by the third time I hit the snooze! They actually taught themselves this trick!

I've had my beloved feline "Teeny" for about 6 years now. She showed up on my doorstep one morning -- a bone-thin, starving, mud-covered kitten -- and never left. She's now pampered, duck-liver-pate-eatin' fat ball of hair. She is not my cat. I am her human. That's our understanding. God love her.

Yeah, i love animals, i got 2 budgies, and had 2 lovebirds, but 1 died :'( the other 1 has really took it bad, it won't stay in the cage, i'm gonna get her another partner when i get some £s. I love birds more than anythin, they keep me goin.

I have two Irish Red Setters, Lizzie and Lucy. They are beautiful but competely mental - which makes for a lot of entertainment. They drive me crazy when they want my attention all the time, but I really miss them when they're not there.

Wouldn't be without them, and best thing is when I need to chill, I just grab their leads and my stereo, and take them for a really long walk.

And they seem to like Prince, too, which is a bonus!

Now I only have my porcelain fish.

I have 6 Chinchillas. which are all absolutely wonderful. one of which is paralyzed, and needs extra special care. it is because of that extra care that I have decided to become a vet. very enriching. I also have one precious rat, 4 cats, 2 dogs, and an African Grey Parrot, \(who's pic is in my profile!). the bird is like a baby so she reqires lot's of love, and is so great to have around. I love animals.

Just one dog "skids" he's a choc lab. Great dog!

I have a Golden Retriever named Sheena (after the Queen Of The Jungle, not Sheena Easton - which is what most people think!!) She sits all day up in our bay window - sunning herself and waiting for me to get home! I picked her out of the litter myself, back 10 years ago when my parents got divorced and my old dog died. She's the symbol of our new start . . .

We also have a Chocolate Lab named Max, but he's not technically mine .

Up until a year or so ago, I also had a Boa Constrictor named Connor.

I have two cats. The female is the exception to the rule that cats always land on their feet... stupid thing.

I had a pet hamster who I loved to death. Unfortunately last summer she haemorraged out her ass and died, it was a hot summer and some flies flew by and decided to lay eggs, so when I noticed (I had been away for the weekend) loads of maggots squirmed out of her ass, and when I picked her up to bury her, her face fell off!

I had some really bad nightmares after that. Needless to say I won't be having another hamster for a while.

When the one before died, I posted her up to my mum as I didn't have a garden. Needless to say, she got lost in the post. She eventually did turn up. She was a well travelled hamster!

I know this sounds heartless but I did love them loads, and they lived their full life, they died of old age and I did spoil them!!

I might get a fish. Or a battery operated aquarium with plastic fish floating in the water. Might be safer...


My labrador 'Fudge" when I was growing up was my ROCK! She was my sister and was always there for me. I still miss her! She was the BEST EVER!

She is now helping my Dad grow apples as she is buried under the apple tree in my parents garden.

I also have 3 dogs Lex , Sadie and Siren all pit bulls they are my babes we rescued them they were all abused
I don't know why people would hurt these poor animals they should have the same torture done to them see how they like it

I have two cats...both black...one has yellow eyes (the boy, Iggy) and the other has green eyes (the girl, Jinx) they are from the same litter...their mom was killed when they were babies and I adopted them from an animal hospital.
