Larry to tour without Prince?

A friend of mine, who's really into Pink, said she heard that Larry is going to be playing bass for Pink on the second leg of her tour. Apparently, the two met through Lenny Kravitz (whom Pink is currently opening for). Pink was, not surprisingly, impressed by Mr. Graham. She immediately offered him some ridiculous sum to tour with her.

So, anyone wonder if Pink will convert before it's all said and done?

I don't believe this being as the reason Larry quit the NPG is because he didn't want to tour anymore. So this doesn't make much sense.

Is this another one of those "funny" rumours about Larry Graham?
if so, then this one sucks too.

Can't see that happening. Doesn't she go for the "Girl-power", all-female band (Sans the male drummer) thing anyway?

I hope it's true! I wanna hear Pink re-write her songs to fit the JW lifestyle! "I'm comin' door-to-door, so you better buy my Watchtower"

JEDIMASTER:

Is it your sole intent now to spread ridiculous rumours about Larry Graham? Are you really the old, 'credible' Jedimaster? What's going on around here?!!

That sounds interesting. Maybe it is true. I know that musicians when not in the studio need to make a living... And Femi told us all that Prince does still do a lot of his own instrumentation in the studio, so who knows?

It really is good for musicians to get out and interact with others to keep them fresh. Also that is a high profile gig and could be lots of fun for him...IF IT'S TRUE OF COURSE.

We're just talkin out here folks, no reason to be nasty.

Is it your sole intent to be some annoying twat? If so, you have succeeded. Now, go shave your back.

My ex-boyfriends mother went to see Lenny the other night in Mansfield, MA. Pink opened for Lenny and mentioned that Larry would be on tour with her soon. I think Pink is getting pissed that Lenny keeps cancelling shows, and that's why she's going with Larry now.

I just can't imagine a bass-legend like Larry playing on a Pink tour! That is absurd! I know he's gotta make money and all,but if this news is true, this is really sad.

He should be doing a Sly and The Family Stone reunion instead!!

I'm shocked beyond belief! Larry Graham and Pink touring... together? Do you honestly think Pink's audience knows who Larry Graham is exactly? Or for that matter, what a bass guitar is?
