I have to agree with Marilyn. Eric said it's just him and Prince on Madhouse.

But of course Prince plays drums too, just hasn't for a while. I think he played drums on the Rave video a couple of years ago.

He played drums awhile in his Columbus concert in '01. I was there. I remember!

It's my understanding that he played all instruments except
for strings on "Crystal Ball." That song has pretty amazing
drums on it.

He also played the drums on "Tambourine." The kid can flat
out pound the skins!

IMO the drumming on Madhouse's 8 & 16 R better than anything P released up until Blackwell started on the skins.

According 2 Susan Rogers, Prince recorded 8 in his home studio in 4 1/2 days. He played acoustic drums, bass and keyboards while Eric later added flute and sax. Prince put 2gether a road version of Madhouse 2 be an opening act. It included Eric, Levi, Matt, and a friend of Eric's on drums - H.B. Bennet who was later repaced by Dale Alexander.

SWANG

According to Susan Rogers, Prince played drums everything save for sax and flute on the first 2 Madhouse albums, except for THREE songs on the Madhouse 16 album which were performed by Prince, Eric, Sheila, Levi, and Matt.
