Have to admit I was shocked when I first heard they were going out, but that's the way it goes.

As long as their Happy with each other and treat eachother with respect that's all that matters.

I think everyone has the ability to change for the better. I also think some people bring out the worst in people and that one day they will find someone that doesn't drive them to that point.

That's how it was when she was married to Prince - not for the love (although she acted like she loved him, buah), only for the fame and fortune. Well I think obviously the woman is happy. I mean, why would she become engaged to Tommy Lee if she didn't sincerely feel happy with him? I guess this goes with the saying that there's supposedly a right person for each and everyone one us, for those of us who think Tommy lee is kind of whacko for Mayte, while she seems to think he's okay for her. I hope it's not one of those sick relationships though, like women who get beaten up, and still think that the man who's hurting them is the only love for them, because then that boils down to insecurity, a really sick relationship, and not about what is right for a person, but what a person is thinking is ‘right’ for when there are totally confused. But I guess we really don't know Mayte, Tommy lee, or Prince! All we really only know them for is for their stage performances, they're outward appearances, and then we assume that we know something about them, when really that's just not enough. I mean when Tommy lee and Mayte are together, they 'seem' to look 'okay' (but you should see my face as I write this. I'm sympathetic and sort of bewildered, I think) But Once again, I sincerely hope that they're happy. Now if they would've been married by now, I would think she is kind of crazy, but seems like they're just taking their time, and are having the fun that they should be having.

P.S. How could we ever really know that she sent Prince an e-mail? Come on now, Please!!! And who cares what Howard Stern thinks and says about her. He don't know jack either!!!

Just like Mayte. The last picture I saw of her dancing onstage with Tommy reminded me of an old, washed up Vegas dancer.

Starmist, Howard Stern didn't say anything about her, Tommy Lee was a guest on his show and said it all. I read somewhere that when Prince married Mani he supposedly called Mayte to let her know, so they e-mail report is probably true. They may still be friends. Mayte did go to the concert in LA during the last Hit and Run tour and they were divorced then.

Yeah, okay, Paisleygirl. I was referring to your last sentence, which was my mistake. I thought you said Howard Stern was talking about Mayte, when you wrote 'Tommy lee was on Howard Stern talking about Mayte'.

About the e-mail, because when Prince married Mani and called Mayte, means that Mayte e-mailed Prince to let him know she was engaged? Is that what you're saying? Cause if it is, I still don't think that's proof that she actually did. And it's not of importance anyway.

I also did not mention, nor do I have a negative opinion about Prince's relationship with Mayte. I do wish both of them the best, and I sincerely hope that they find their partner in life.

For those who are in search for 'the one' they'd like to spend the rest of their lives with, or who want to invest in the time to make it last with a particular person, it makes life a lot easier, and a lot happier to live.

And that's a kind of happiness I hope everyone finds in his or her life:)

i think that she is alot diffrent then mayte... she has been in so many movies, hosted so many shows. been in so many magazines..
ask people who carmen electra is they know right off ask them who mayte is and they go..huh??not to diss mayte because i think she is great too. but i think alot of people dont really know that carmen electra was once linked to prince.

mayte a talented dancer yes..but she hasnt done anything on her own.. she has put her album on hold to tour and dance with tommy.

i do see that dave navarro has a look like prince, and yes they share the same connection with dating carmen and they do have the same birthdays of 6/7
But--- by no means is he a prince wanna be..he is a very talented musican... go see him janes addiction is on tour right now..
he is Amazing! and you will see for yourself how talented he is in his own right.. NOT to mention beautiful.
I also wanted to say that i have much respect for carmen..check out all her interviews when ever they ask her about him...she is always sweet and never says anything bad..
