If you Had to Throw away

If you were forced to throw away one of
Prince's cd's from your collection, and never
listen to it again, which one would it be?

Probably New Power Soul. Not so much because the music is bad (I really like at least three of the songs), but because the album was at the other extreme of what I was expecting at the time (Lovesexy Part 2?). I almost wish it never existed. L4OA backslide.

You mean you have this in "your collection"? Actually, I thought about saying The Hits, but that's a cop out. Plus, I could never do without "Peach" and "Pink Cashmere."

Hmmm, I can't decide on a few bad Prince CD's (even though there are some turkeys, there's always one great song on 'em).

It's Ok I've got TC Ellis"s "True Confessions" to take my mind off all the bad Prince CD's

Yes I am the only Orger who bought it, and Im sorry. But it is an official release so I had to own it. But if I had to choose 1 to get rid of, it would be this one, as I think I have never put it on.

You should put it on, bcause i just lended it and im sure that the sound on the old tracks is improved, that is remastered... Little Red Corvette, 1999, they sound better than on original cd's.

This is a good example of a question, which is already asked many times, but can always be asked again in a bit different way...

"which is your least favourite p album?"
"which of the albums you never listen to?"
etc.

My answer is New Power Soul, it wouldnt even be difficult to get rid of it.

I really believe I could do without hearing Rave again.

Then again, there are a few choice cuts on there that a wouldn't want to lose...

So I'll give up the utter desolation of range and emotion that is called One Nite Alone since the bad half just puts me to sleep and the good half is all stuff I already downloaded last year anyway.
I've gone to find myself. If I should return before I get back, keep me here.

I'd have to say NPS because I've only listened to it a few times.

The rest are a gotta have.

I saw the best of Prince in a Used CD store around selling for 8.99. Even at that I said no. They had quite a few.

I bought Carmen's CD for 1.99 and that's about all it's worth.
