I love ICP&C, but I cannot figure out for the life of me why the "coma" is in the title... I have read the lyrics over and over again, know the song by heart and understand what its about, but I just don't understand where Coma comes into play...

Who's in a coma? AAAAAhhh it's driving me crazy.. someone please explain this to me.

They both are as they are both living a lie. He is living his live in a Coma because he is with a woman he really can not stand for the MONEY.

people in comas are just there... they are alive but that is about it.
