Prince in person Has anyone in this forum ever actually met Prince in person -- like face to face -- close enough to reach out and touch him? If so, what was he like?

2 times for me... the first time was at webster hall during the filming of his Musicology Tv special... i was close enough to the stage that when he decided to bring people up... he looked me in the face and i made a motion like can i come up and he nodded his head... i was standing in the back of most of the people and he just walked right up to me and guided me to the front... it was just Prince and i standing side by side next to his mic..... fast forward to july when he came to the MSG, i remembered the part of the show when he brings people up so i walked to the stage(this is when he's performing Soul Man) and when he got to the side of the stage where i was standing... i just threw my hands up in the air (like sayin what's up) and he started pointing at me to come up (for those of you who have seen the MSG show) i'm the guy who prince let sing i had on the white yellow and blue sweat suit... :

Several times between 1988 and 1999.I was invited 2 some private dinners and partys in Paris during the Lovesexy and the Diamonds & Pearls tours. At that time, he was very shy and recluse, surrounded by bodyguards, and U had 2 ask them if U wanted 2 talk 2 him.In the late 90's he was most friendly, shaking hands and talking 2 the fams, and it seems he still is.

I did during twice during the 2004 Musicology tour. He had those 3 afterparties at Paisley Park when he performed in MN. My crazy ass (along with my even crazier friend) decided to drive from Wash DC to MN. that was my first time ever being at PP.
Well the first night not a lot of people came but that made it so much better. P just jammed with Mike Scott Kirk J and Chauncey playing bass (P was on Keys). Anyway he told people to come up to dance- EVERYONE came up. I was standing next to P. He started playing Houseqauke but in F and was trying to tell Chauncey. Chauncey couldn't hear him, so I told him what key he was in. Also Mike's guitar cord got stuck on the drums a few times and I helped he get it out. Anyway that was my first time ever seeing P that close. Afterward when everyone was leaving I said "Yo Prince", he looked at me and I was "Appreciate it man". He gave me this cool ass headnod. The second night more people came and I was in the front row. this was more like a performance with his band. Well at the begining Maceo was playing cowbell, and P went and took the cowbell from Maceo walked right up to me and was like play this beat. I started playing it and he was like- naw naw make it funky. I did it again and he was like yea yea hold that groove, and started playing his guitar with the band. He even let me keep the cowbell- I still have it! Overall I think he's cool as hell.

How could anyone possibly meet Prince and keep it together. I seriously cannot comprehend it!
If I ever came face to face with Prince, I would die. I would not be able to leave until he married me!
