When Doves Cry by a great margin and he's just kept doing it. I have a couple of terrible boots of that one. The performance on the LoveSexy tour video is by far the best I've heard, and it hasn't reached that kind of apex another time around.

Sexy M.F. (...eh, ever heard a stadium performance version of Sexy M.F.?)
+ some of the early falsetto-heavy stuff.

... but I think the Jay Leno version of Come On was actually quite good. And I love Little Red Corvette from the SOTT tour - that squarewavish synth sound used for the arrangement. drooling
