But he is VERY peitie, like small bones, slender but yet he is also kinda muscular. For some reason he sometimes looks like a persian man or middle eastern from far away but then when you really look you can tell he is a black guy.
I just thought his mannerisms and vibe suggested that he is a very classy gentleman. Like a very worldly, refined man. Prince is probably the only petite, small guy that girls would go for. The only way you can really tell just how short he is, is if you actually stand beside him.

I also remember thinking, "I guess that wasn't airbrush, after-all"...I was convinced that the photos circulating here were really well touched up. I was close enough to see that it was more genetics than retouch. Yeah, I am 5'10" and I wore flat shoes to the concert a couple of months ago b/c I was pretty confident I'd be asked to the stage. When I got on stage and stood in front of him: between my flats and his heels, he wasnt that short. AND, he is pretty and flawless! I've seen some unflattering photos lately, but when I saw him, he looked awesome...but I was trying not to stare.

I wasn't standing next to him but it looks like he is about the same size as the twins, roughly. And I actually like men around my height..so...peitie men don't really bother me...I'd like a man for how he acts and how he treats me much more than his body size. I guess I'm not one of those girls that is really into bodies. The football player look never really did it for me.

P has always looked average-sized to me in print and in videos.
This picture highlights how tiny he really is. [Edited 6/22/06 20:57pm]

I saw him come out on the stage checking things prior to the ONA show starting. That was so awesome. And he looked up and smiled at the crowd. Ohh purple joy oh purple bliss oh purple rapture! It was quite simply mesmerizing and my only thought at the time was that I wished that I was alittle bit closer to him .

My first thought was "Fuck! I knew he was supposed to be small, but I never realised he was THAT small!". Then I noticed that his smell was really strong, but not off putting. Wierd. The second time I met him, in Utrect 87, he nearly ran me over ( I never had a ticket for that night, but I went to the stage gate on the off chance), and as an apology, he gave me a lift in his limo back to the city centre. He was chatty and great. The third time was in London 88.....and we had an mini arguement! But I'll tell you about that another day! You are sooooo lucky!

He seemed extremely confident and shy at the same time. Fabulous is a word that comes to mind. Hey, I was at that show--Detroit, right?

I saw him live twice, before I got up close to the stage. The end of the Controversy tour and the 1999 tour.
The Purple rain tour at the The Centrum outside Boston, I was able wiggle my way up to about 5th row. And the first thing I thought was DAMN that's a lot of hair! It almost looked like he could tip over.

the first time i saw Prince live was in 86 the Parade hit and run shows @ MSG.. I've met him 2 times....the first time was at webster hall during the filming of his Musicology Tv special... i was close enough to the stage that when he decided to bring people up... he looked me in the face and i made a motion like can i come up and he nodded his head... i was standing in the back of most of the people and he just walked right up to me and guided me to the front... it was just Prince and i standing side by side next to his mic..... fast forward to july when he came to the MSG, i remembered the part of the show when he brings people up so i walked to the stage(this is when he's performing Soul Man) and when he got to the side of the stage where i was standing... i just threw my hands up in the air (like sayin what's up) and he started pointing at me to come up (for those of you who have seen the MSG show) i'm the guy who prince let sing i had on the white yellow and blue sweat suit... :
