have you ever seen purple rain (the movie) in another language ? I'm wondering who on the org has watched purple rain in another language, for example if your mother language is not english or you've been abroad and watched it there.
The thing about it is that the voices of the kid, morris, apollonia etc. will be dubbed in translations. I wanted to know your opinion on the voices used. I've only seen PR in german so far and I don't like the voice they chose for prince. Although it's a deep voice and supposed to sound cool I don't like it at all. It sucks. | |

In The Netherlands hey subtitle it instead. What always annoyed me about the translation to PR is that they TRIED to make the subtitles for the songs rhyme. It doesn't work at all. | |
