I swear, everytime I do a show in Minneapolis, be it Roots, Maxwell or D'Angelo, Prince always comes to the show and I'm always a punk and never find him or meet him. WILL I EVER MEET THE MAN OF MY DREAMS...Man I found this mad Libs book the other day, you remember the ones where you fill in adverb or noun and when you're a kid you always fill in "pussy" or "ass" or something like that? Well i found one that I had from 6th grade and it was about who I wanted to marry and everything said Prince Nelson Rogers. I was a crazy obsessed 6th grader. Like why the heck was I listening to Prince when I was in 6th grade right? But I couldn't care less, he was the man I was going to marry and that was it and that's all...nna.
In any event, I think he left after Lauryn Hill which makes me sad. BUT I DON'T CARE! I luh hee. I hung with the infamous Alan Leeds and his gorgeous fashionable wife Gwen and we went antique shopping. I'm rocking the hat at Jones Beach.
