Do you think that Prince is biding his time until he gets his masters back?

I think that once he starts getting his masters back, we'll start seeing remastered CDs and vault tracks from those eras. Think about it, why would he agree to remasters now instead of waiting a few years and doing it his way? And why would he agree to remasters now (even when the market for them was white-hot during Musicology 2004), when he'd have to give the lion's share of profits to WB?

Here's what I see happening on a yearly basis starting in 2013: we'll get a remastered "old" Prince album alongside a NEW Prince album. They'll share a release date so that someone buying the classic album might be tempted to try the new one.

So mabye he cant get any masters back untill they do

I doubt, we'll see anything from the vaults....if he realy wanted to he could release them any time..he wouldnt even have to press cd's..and save him more $ that it cost to manifacture them..just by selling them online
So i doubt its about the money....
If i had to wait untill 2013 for remasters , i Probibly wouldnt care...cause i doubt if there be any unreleased material on them..


But we can only wish...some 1 close to him can Influence him to release something.....

In 2013 he'll be 55. He'll be on another plane by then, to be concerned with such trivialities.

I hope not.
