i could have sworn this was a discussion forum. what, you thought it was just going to go something like:

"i love batdance!"
"i love batdance too!"
"you dont love it more than me!"
"oh, i do too!"

whoknows	Prince was feeling his freedom on this one and just having fun with the project. No other major artist would have had the nerve to pull off something as experimental as that. And guess what? It worked! Also, it and Partyman were two of his most ambitious videos, where it actually seemed like he was making an effort. He should have been a great video artist, but that's another thread.

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

Just wanted to add my name to this thread - Batdance is just so great, so much fun. And the clip is possibly my favourite. I often put it on the telly when I've had too much to drink and I'm arguing with someone about how great Prince is. smile
