The Beautiful Experience Movie and other 90's projects?

I've been coming across unreleased videos such as "Race" "The Same December" "Pheromone" from "The Gold Experience" and "Come" and "Chaos & Disorder" are most of these videos from "The Beautiful Experience"? Does anyone have a tracklisting for "The Beautiful Experience movie"? Was there another film done during this time besides "The Beautiful Experience"?

The Beautiful Experience contained versions of Interactive, Days Of Wild, Come, Race, Acknowledge Me, Pheromone, The Jam, Shhh,Loose, Papa, The Most Beautiful Girl In The World, Now. The film was broadcast in a few countries.

18 and Over, Zannalee and Empty Room are unreleased videos where the storyline sort of links together. They were shown before concerts which is probably where the bootleg versions leaked out.

The Same December was a promotional release only video, not put out for general release. I think the same goes for the Chaos & Disorder video...

There was a film similar to The Beautiful Experience shown on VH-1 called Love 4 One Another, it contained versions of Rock n' Roll Is Alive, Days Of Wild, Inner City Blues, The Ride, The Jam, Purple Medley and Gold.

No, they're definitely not movies like PR and GB. They're more like videos, live songs etc with corny storylines. I don't think you can buy them. I taped them from the tv many years ago. They quality of the tapes sucks, but it's better than nothing.

Actually I really like the Beautiful Experience and its storyline, probably more than I did back then. It´s supertight, the music is hot and fresh and energetic, the attitude is unmatched and it´s also a bit futuristic and makes more sense today then in 1994, especially that internet scenario.

I saw one of these videos, where the girl learned not to be a fan, but rather a fam. It reminded me of porn, the music being the sex. Still I'd like to see it again, there were some great performances.

Hmmm...My The Beautiful Experience is in excellent quality - I did a pretty good job taping it from TV.

vh1 used to show Love41ANother several times a year from 1995-1997. This has a more live concert feel to it and I recorded these at least 5 times or so.

The storyline was pretty flimsy, but it was the place I first saw Rock N Roll is Alive, The Ride, The Jam (Larry Graham cover), Purple Medley, and Gold.

I wish I saw the other projects mentioned, but could never find them. sad

No, it wasn´t a concert. What you mean is probably the Bagley´s Warehouse show called " The Sacrifice Of Victor" where Mavis Staples sang the song The Undertaker and if memory serves me right they also did a rendition of Poor Goo there ( filmed in London in 1993 and later also released by WB) but I am talking about a late night session recorded in one take where Prince himself sings that song The Undertaker plus a version of Poor Goo. It´s not a concert and I can´t imagine you not liking it. It´s one of his best releases ever, IMO.

You're right, I was thinking of "The Sacrifice of Victor" with Mavis Staples, The Steele's etc. So The Undertaker was the other movie? I knew there was another one besides The Beautiful Experience. I've never seen either in their entirety
