We walked by the Ave last nite. I had heard there was a fire, but didn't know the extenet of it till then. All the VIP windows were knocked out as well as at least 1 window in the women's bathroom.

Reading this article shock me to my foundation. Then i realized it apart of a lesson that I'm being taught. A lesson important enoughshare. Change is important,not to forget or hide, but to improve. The memories will be with us all and we look forward to the memories to come.
I'm interested to know if everyone is okay and if the club can be salvaged? I'll be waiting to hear more.

anyhoo, i found out about the fire on the news yesterday morning and was like "oh no, i wonder how it started..." thankfully it didn't spread to the mainroom and cause more damage.

it is vital now. They don't even open the mainroom now most weekends unless there's a show. So, the Entry and the VIP are the places to be. It's a nice little space too. The sound can be a bit overwhelming but maybe they'll fix that now that they have to re-do the whole space.

I am very Glad no one was hurt. It could have happened on the last Friday of the month and that would have been tragic!! The question is-Where are the prince fans going to Party next month? I wish my apartment was bigger.
