Prince, i was talking with another orger who had trouble sleeping, after awhile they were sleep, I used what works for me, if you ever have trouble sleeping, I suggest the following. In Order:

Don't drink warm milk, it upsets you stomach. Drink warm Red Bull instead, it will take away your wings!!

Don't imagine counting sheep, shoot them!

Read the bible, I know for me, after 2 versus, I'm "Face Down" (love you God)

Call you Grandparents or your 5th grade teacher, I'm sure you'll get bored quick.

Read the back of a box of King Vitamin, will have the same effect as the bible, but without all the "thous" and "Shalts" and shit.

Ask Larry about his Bass, I'm sure he'll never stop. (not going anywhere for awhile? grab a snickers)

and last and least, watch Grafitti Bridge.

Fam, what do you guys do when you can't fall asleep?

I work a lot at nights and have to get to sleep in the morning.With the sun up ,noises and still full of adrenalin it is not always easy. Seriously, drinking 1 or 2 beers do the work ,or some other alcohol. One can roll a spliff but it is a waste than to go to sleep immediatly ,allthough it is a nice recipe. Reading ofcourse also works.
I still have to work for my money but because i have a different day-rhytme as 9 to 5 i can if i want to ,always sleep out? . That i share with Prince.

listening to On tha 6, j-lo and j-to-the-l-o back to back also helps

i think about things that make me laugh, and eventually i fall asleep with a smile on my face.

Camomile or Sleepy Time tea, or Valerian root. If that fails warm milk with cognac and a warm bath.

i acutally saw some prayers before i go to bed, turn on the fan, cry a little bit, and go on my pillow and go fast alseep.

othertimes, i put tons of makeup making me look like someone in DRAG. i cry. go to my room, say my prayers, turn on the fan, and fall asleep.
