 Whatever Simon. Watch the video of the performance--Paula and Randy stood up and applauded when Prince came out; Paula was dancing and Randy was bobbin' his head while Simon just sat there, dumbfounded I guess. If Prince saw that, which it seems certain that he would, why would he even want to talk to Simon?
Simon's just trying to create drama out of nothing...another reason I despise shows like Extra & Access Hollywood. They perpetuate the infatuation with celebrity drama when there's really nothing to talk about.  The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. seriously...can you really picture Prince standing there after performing and talking to the judges? Even in front of Paula and Randy who would most definitely would have only good things to say...even still it would seem beneath him somehow. They stand up and applaud the idol contestants who can't even read music, let alone play it....So, their adoration towards Prince would have seemed trite.
Prince is beyond at that. He knows it, we all know it. Now maybe more of "America" knows it. | |

Haha completely agree.Cowell is a pantomime dame whoose amusing yet disposable comments people 4get as soon as the credits roll! On the X-Factor(UK`s American Idol) 2 winners he backed have been dumped by their record companies & the winner he slagged(Will Young)is multi-platinum selling! 2 be honest IMHO I love the fact that he done his thing then strutted off ignoring the desperate wannabees & the ridiculous host!! ----- `I`M BLINDED BY THE DAISES IN YOUR YARD!` | |
