Did Paula, Randy, better yet Simon have anything to say about Prince's appearance on AI? I haven't come across anything where Paula,Randy or Simon said anything about his appearance. I could see where Randy and Paula was enjoying it. Of course Simon was just sittin' back chillin', but that's Simon.

At the end of the performance I believe Simon joined them in a standing ovation. At least it looked like the back of Simon's head.
Prince isn't the best singer in the world, and his dancing has mellowed a bit with his age--but he is still an amazing presence live.. And if anything, the whole honoring-and-respecting vibe normally kicks in during these kinds of events.

More importantly, did yall notice how Paula was dancing all off beat. I thought she used to be a choreographer. [Edited 5/28/06 17:34pm]

[Edited 5/28/06 17:34pm] What role might a signal delay have played in your perception of her dancing onbeat?

He is still the best live performer alive with Bruce Springsteen. Full stop. And his vocals performance are getting better and better with age. He is a lot more technical nd his vocals range is larger as well. " Je serai toujours de retour bande de mods à la con de mes deux " Moi - 2007

As far as Prince not being the best singer he sing off any of these no-talent mofos any day. His dancing has always been different, but at least he can. He's a musician/singer, not really a dancer.

[Edited 5/28/06 17:34pm] Why folks are talking about people's dancin' cuz of their age, Paula had a back injury or something went wrong that effected her back and she had been in very intense pain, that might explain why she was dancing like that.
