I got to admit my CD was gathering dust but started playing it again on heavy rotation after seeing him perform "Lolita" and "Satisfied" on American Idol!! Actually, it's already in my iPod so the album's on repeat and listened to it all day today while I lounged at the beach this afternoon.

i have not stopped listening to it (yet) on a daily basis..
i find the lyrical content fits my current life flow and (spiritual) musical needs....

i have to admit this album is working it's charms on me more since that performance...and it's all to do with Prince, nothing to do with Idol...

I've listened to Lolita and Satisfied much more after AI.

I never really stopped listening to 3121.

A week before the AI performance, I had started playing Lolita and putting it on repeat. Before then, I use to skip it. The AI performance has helped it stay in repeat mode.

Lolita is such a fun funky song. It's the song that reminds me the most of the "old Prince". The attitude and the swagger and that riff. I can't get it out of my head!

he needs to do a killer video for Lolita, perhaps less focusing on himself and it needs to feel NOW (not dated or dull) and not "off-the-cuff" like so many of his videos... high production values, GOOD DESIGN and action/eye candy would make this a hit.
