When did he say he was going to re-record all of his albums? I missed that one. He had to be joking if that one's true. Especially since for the last couple of years, He's announced that he would never again perform some of his songs ever again. That's interesting.

The real answer is because there are 2 possibilities:

Because Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis went from doing really good music to total sampled crap about 10 years ago and what in the world is wrong with being radio friendly if the music is decent and on top of that P balances it out with experimental stuff.

Do you really want him to stop performing those songs? He said he was going to stop cussing. I don't think he expects the fans to do to.
