Ok... in all seriousness.. when it comes to albums that suit me personally... I could never isolate Prince albums and name one in particular that suits me... as much as I could try, I just can't do it... I find it difficult to do so with any albums, but especially with Prince... every album has it's own significance to me (well, almost every one!) , there isn't particularly one defining one that I could choose to make distinct from any of the others.
As for other artists, yet again, I find it difficult to narrow it down to a few...and it's terrible when others force you to
But , ANYWAY! I'll try, as you said Moonbeam, these aren't necessarily favourites.. (that's how we spell it!) , but each one in essence has had significance to me, for various reasons.. Everything but the girl - Walking Wounded Janet Jackson - Velvet Rope Ani Difranco - Dilate Henry Ate - Slap in the face Kylie Minogue - Impossible Princess Sade - Lovers Rock Skunk Anansie - Stoosh K's Choice - Cocoon Crash Moa - Universal hmmm, I'm sure there are more... but that will have to do for now...
