He had a serious edge that bordered on him being crazy that he ended up toning waaay down in a very few years after that.
Yeah i often wish many of my friends could have witnessed this Prince live he was mos def on some other shit back then ..... Damn i really miss that dude !! I view it differently although understand what your saying. P can't be do that stuff now at 47. Hes moved on. I'm not mad I just remember how he was and what a great band and truly great performer he was. He still all of those things now...just in a different place. As much as I'm blown away by that video footage I was equally blown away the Musicology tour...the guy is just sick!! Hes got it...even if hes not humping a bed Dance... Let me see you dance | |

I hope Prince brings back the DRY ICE and the big stage.. I like in the round, but there's something about a big stage with an electric backdrop that is cool too. He had quite a stage set up for back then. ______________________________________________

I'm into "Dirty Mind" and the tour was awesome, but seeing Prince dance around in bikini underwear without a guitar is just a bit much for me. I liked Prince's look and image from Controversy on. I think my favorite look was "1999" with ths shiny purple jacket. even then if he took off his shirt, he had those pants on and wasn't playing the part of the girl, so to speak. Okay, I'm confused....It seems that the NPG has requested that a bunch of videos be removed from Youtube including this International Lover video. Apparently they are citing copyright infringement, but I thought WB would have owned the copyrights to this, not NPG. | |
