Prince's "throwaways" Do you think its true his "throwaways" are better than others? or that the songs that are considered "throwaway" by him really are better than that?
I'm speaking of things like "5 women" on The Vault, "There is lonely" on the Vault, and tracks like "Dionne", "Circle Of Amour", and "Man in a Uniform" on The Truth. I mean I think probably a lot of people haven't heard those tracks or they haven't gotten recognition for being as good as they are but still they are pretty damn good to great I think. I mean the music on Dionne is so well done and pretty just like Circle of Amour, and Man in a Uniform is just different and original sounding. To finish up we have 5 Women and talk about killer music and horns on that track, its gotta be one of his funkiest but I don't know if its recognized as such. I'm sure all of you can think of your own also in addition to these. So back to the original starting point are his "throwaways" really that? or if they are are they better than some other people's? "Why'd I waste my kisses on you baby?" R.I.P. Prince You've finally found your way back home. Well Done.

I put throwaway in quotes. I don't think it is a throwaway either but that track and the others I mention are hardly ever talked about.
Hidden gems indeed. "Why'd I waste my kisses on you baby?" R.I.P. Prince You've finally found your way back home. Well Done.

It seems like there are Throwaways & Unreleased tracks
i think some throwaways tracks are.. things that didnt fit in or work on an album but 'some' of his unreleased stuff, never had albums to go on as a fan like me i still want, like to hear them... And as others listed i dont think them songs are throwaways
