This is indeed true. This was in Tim Burton's own first "semi-official" autobiography, that came out in the late 90s. So it's not hearsay at all.

I can't recall where I read it,but I do recall reading this.

Does he go into lots of details..? or just that much? If so I might have to find me that book via ebay or amazon!!! biggrin

If I remember correctly he just says a few lines, basically the same thing that was posted earlier about the "lighter" side and the "darker" side. Not worth looking for, definitely.

Actually I think it would have been a really dumb idea to do the soundtrack that way. smile
