Brazilian Sign O the Times DVD Review Hi there,
It just arrived, surprisingly good quality, a nice surpise. It contains the whole Sign O Times video, looks like it has come from the laserdisc, definitely better picture quality than the video that I have. It has a nice animated menu using the 0+> (which they shouldn't have used as it is not authentic to that period in his career), and contains extras including biography in Spanish, discography showing each album release (with a spelling mistake, but hey what the hell)...There is also a collection of various photos animating from tour programs, from his whole career, not sticking to Sign O Times period. (can't have everything!) Also has subtitles, in portuguese, spanish and english for the whole disc. I think there are even commentaries. It does have 5.1 DD and 2.0 Stereo, not sure how they got 5.1, probably was just put through a 5.1 treatment, I don't expect anything great though. The track listing is incorrect on the packaging, but correct on the disc and in the track selection menu on the disc. It is NTSC and all region coded. The packaging is pretty bad, using 1999 images and tacky font, but then some of my favourite boots have very tacky packaging art. Generally a nice job, glad I got it.
