I know that we have all heard different perspectives about Prince from people who have had interactions with him in the past. Given this-if Prince wanted to hire you would you take the job? Do you think that it would ruin your impression of your musical idol? Would it be a once in a lifetime gig? Keeping in mind the misfortunes of so many others who have traveled down Prince highway . Just for fun-what would you do?

As much as I'd like to sound "noble and wise" and say, no I wouldn't work for him cuz it would ruin "him" for me.....PLEASE! I would do anything the man asked me to!

And actually, Prince works for me. He works for all of us!

I'd love to help out with the writing on the web site - like catalog descriptions, some of the marketing/promotional stuff, things like that. I think they could have a lot more fun than they're having with the written aspect of the site, and I'd of course be thrilled to help out with that kind of thing. But I think I'd want it to be a freelance gig - something I could do in my spare time without having to give up the job security of my regular 9 to 5. Not that working for Prince wouldn't entail TONS of job security, but, um, errr...heh, ahem - can we talk about balloons now?

I would only work on project by project, contracted basis for Prince Nelson! Like Claire Fischer (but I would want to meet Prince), or a music video director.

ya know, i don't care if i even got to meet the guy. it'd be a blast enough to do some work for him or his company. i'm kinda a geek like that, i guess.
