'A private show by Prince', which means not open to the public. That doesn't mean that ONLY the winners would be there. Nowhere did I read/hear 'chill with him at his home'. Is that what folks really thought? Like others have said, so far the only disappointment has come from those not there. Holy Moly, the man let FANS into his HOME and performed and it's still not enough! Who else do you hear ever doing this or things like the Celebrations and old Paisley late night parties (sometimes for free or $7?!?!) Yeah, he SO mistreats his fans. It's like some of y'all want to suckle off him, it's ridiculous. Go check Possumslimm's comments on HQ, which are very good. Prince would much rather you dance and have fun than stand there staring at him. If you can't have a good time at a Prince performance without being 5 feet in front of him, then I feel sorry for you.  | |

I think the whole point of the 3121 parties is that they're in L.A. where all the "pretty people" are (I refuse to say "be"  ). Celebrities are part of the theme here. |

for the record, i wasn't complaining or bitching....i was simply stating that i am sure the celeb site of it was not expected. and to the person who asked above, it was billed as "An Evening With Prince"...check out the 3121countdown site, that is what it says at the top of the page. | |
