I love Prince's outfit in this video, the whole thing is just crazy, but there's SO much energy in the NPG and Prince here.

Other than Prince's outfit, which looked absolutely rediculously embarrasing, the rest of the video was great.

was it the blue and yellow parka and ski mask get up?

I can't remember the colors but he did have a ski mask, one of those hooded coats like thugs wear, and snow boots. He looked like a drag queen out of drag.

It was part of the "Love 4 One Another" TV special.

I wonder if this was an answer to Lenny Kravitz's Rock & Roll is Dead that came out that same year

I was at the video taping of this at Paisley! Fun night. Recorded the Gold video that night as well.
