You gotta admit it, Mustang Mix is his best version of this song.

Probably the most complex, soulful version of The Most Beautiful Girl. Too bad you had to buy that ripoff cd to get it..lol

I guess so. Not a big fan of the song in general, but if I ever hear it, this is the version I'd be least hostile towards....

I'm partial to Staxowax. The only thing I didn't like about the CD was the girlie talk on Mustang Instrumental....PUKE!

Not a big fan of the Mustang Mix...my faves are Beautiful and Staxowax versions...I kinda dig the Sexy Staxophone/Guitar mix too. shrug

without a doubt Mustang Mix (and NOT mustang mix '96) is the best version of this song. The slow burning funky groove, the monologue at the end, mmm he just doesn't make 'em like this anymore. I love it.
