I think it was more about Micky Rourke having all that talent, but choosing to use it on his own terms.

AMERICAN PSYCHO & THE VIRGIN SUICIDES are two of my favorite films in that the novel/film adaptation was as close to the author's version...Have u heard of Bret Easton Ellis novel THE RULES OF ATTRACTION has been shot and is opening up this fall...it's being directed by Roger Avery (Killing Zoe) and it promises to be the best college film of all time...according to "Aint it Cool," website anyway.

but my all time favorite movie is ANNIE HALL...i've seen it a good 50+ times.

Oops, can't spell 'great' lol

Yeah! We should organize a Prince.org film festival and bring some culture to the masses.

There are TONS of other movies that I would put on my list, but I got tired of typing...

Just think... I didn't even get into D.W. Griffith, Eric Von Stroheim, Murnau, Renoir, Godard, Antonioni, Fasbinder, Scorcese, etc. Men have been shot for less.

Instead of listing them again I'll mention a few hilarious comedies which nobody seems to have put up yet:

Evil Roy Slade
Top Secret
Hot Shots
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Life of Brian
