I think you mean you mean the promo videos from the Beautiful Experience TV Special, and as Mike said, that is Nona Gaye.

As well, the additional women in the Pheremone video are the Erotic City dancers and the performance stuff is from the short-lived Glam Slam Ulysses project in the Summer of 1993 (Interactive, Pheremone).
