Can someone explain what the big deal is about scanning liner notes? Is it that you can use the images? I don't understand what is legally wrong in posting the words of songs. The laws in this country

Normally there isn't that big of an issue, but I can see PP having one in that he probably fears that folks are gonna download the album and burn it to disc and then get the scans and make their own. Or people making unauthorized copies and selling them.

They also sorta give away "spoilers" of artwork. Like if it leaked before an album came out, people can judge the contents based on artowrk and lyrics alone.
