Prince song that gets you pumped up I was warming up before my game Saturday and I was worried to death about losing because it was our biggest rival. Then, When Doves Cry came on. I would have never expected that to be played. Most people hate Prince from where I live. That really got me pumped up before the game and I was wondering what other songs do that. Do U Lie? I admit, when I first hear the song, I think it sounds kidn of campy--strange. But then the steady rythim and upbeat tempo witha relaxed backdrop gets to me. Sometimes, I start to picture Prince wearing a frenchmaid outfit and batting his big doey brown eyes, puckering his luscious lips, rubbing his nipples and...erm. UM. What was I talking about again?

Actually its funny u said that because i was on the bus to one of my track meets against our biggest rival and When Doves Cry came on the radio. I think around 10 people yelled to change the station and that got me angry so i was pumped for my race. That day i ran my fastest time and won the event. that was a year or so ago, but the song that does it for me is Bambi. | |
