Did Prince pen Jill's "Boom Boom"

Just checked out the video for Jill Jones "Boom BooM". Did Prince write this, is it new? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

"Boom Boom, Can't You Feel The Beat Of My Heart?" was penned by Prince and originally recorded in 1982:

The Jill Jones recording came later.

Just to add to what langbleu said, Jill's version is unreleased and was scheduled for her projected second Paisley Park album (a video was also shot, also circulating).
