Circle of Amour I somewhat think I know what this song is supposed to be about but i'm not sure so if anyone could tell me what their interpretation is then I could match it with mine and see if i'm right. Thanks "Why'd I waste my kisses on you baby?" R.I.P. Prince You've finally found your way back home. Well Done.

I always thought it was a slice-of-life look at four girls who would get 2gether after school and xplore each other in an intimate fashion. It's 1 of Prince's finest 90s offerings, IMO, and there's a kind of silly sincerity in his voice that just resonates strongly.
Is there love out there 4 The Truth? As much as I dug some of the hotness on Crystal Ball (Ripopgodazippa, Movie Star, Crystal Ball, Cloreen bacon Skin, Sexual Suicide), The Truth kinda wowed me. Once upon a time in a haystack of despair; happiness sometimes hard to find, yeah.

I thought it was about either 4 friends of whom 2 were lesbians or all four were also lesbians and lovers but friends at the same time. Thus the circle of sexx! "Why'd I waste my kisses on you baby?" R.I.P. Prince You've finally found your way back home. Well Done.

Simply wonderful song. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

I'm glad all yall like the song but still not too many interpretations of it given in this thread so far. "Why'd I waste my kisses on you baby?" R.I.P. Prince You've finally found your way back home. Well Done.

Well, I think one of them gets pregnant.

I never really paid attention to the lyrics.
I think Denise is pregnant, and the four of them later get messed up on ecstacy and fuck each other. lol Nah, I think the song just tells the story of four girls who go through everything together. When one suffers, they're all aware of it, and they all go through the same mistakes and tribulations together.
