DId you ever see Prince before in a "Normal Place" like in the store or a restaraunt or even in a airplane?

The closest thing to Normal was when we were in Miami in 95 and first he showed up at a night-club while we were there and then after a concert we were at a corner Diner and Michael Bland and the rest of the Guys SonnyT,Kirk and maybe Damon were sitting down eating and we were at the window eating and all of a sudden lo and behold Prince's Limo pulled up. His window was open , and we could see him,but we were Staring so much that he never came inside to eat. But it was so cool and we were Delirious. I decided to STOP Staring From that Day On. And I yelled at my friend and said you couldn't stop staring and now Prince has nothing to Eat while we stuff ourselves. I felt Guilty and wanted to cook Prince some Eggs.

Well, saw him hanging in side his tour bus. Rehearsing. One time I peaked in with the help of a cleaning guy at Glam Slam West and saw him walking around the club.

Saw him enter the club at 4 am from his limo. Hanging at the dj booth, peeked over and he just stared at me with his lollypop, a whatyalooking at kind of look, nothing threatening. Saw him waving from his limo too Mayte...stuff like that.

I saw John Blackwell and his wife at Byerlys or what ever that grocery store is called in Minnesota.I know that Prince has been know to frequent it also. His car has been spotted there. Thats the only place I know of.

Well a lot of people saw him at the movies last month..

I don't live in Minneapolis, so I've never personally seen him outside of Paisley Park celebration, concert or afterparty situations. In other words, I've only seen him when he's in full "don't look at me I'm a star" mode.

I think i have seen prince before i looked at him first then he looked at me. It felt like i wus looking at a prince pic it just did not look real and he looked at me again very weared then he got a way from very very fast

McDonalds in Picadilly Circus, London. He jumped off the tour bus whilst in London 4 the Lovesexy 88 tour. I confess I wasn't there but I wish I had have been. Apparently he caused chaos!

It's not as good as Prince, but I met and conversated with Kip Blackshire and Morris Hayes in Nashville on the Hit N Run tour on November 25, 2000. When I walked in2 the lobby of Municipal Auditorium, I saw them standing there and i was confused as 2 it was really them, or 2 look a likes. I say that because they were so casual that U almost didn't notice them. I finally gathered up enough courage 2 go and talk 2 them after I convinced some girl 2 go with me. I can't remember what we discussed, but I know that Kip was in and out of the conversation because he was expecting his family 2 come in from out of town, and he was very worried that they were running late. I ended up getting Morris' autograph, and a handshake/hug from Kip, who tehn told me 2 enjoy the show. Like I said, it's not as good as Prince, but that'll always stick out in my memory.

Now, I know NUMEROUS people who have met Prince. Most of them are people I work with. I work with X-MEN EXECTUTIVE PROTECTION in Detroit (anybody who has been 2 any concerts in Detroit, U see us in full effect) and alot of my co-workers have seen him up close or talked 2 him. The sad thing is I started working with them ONE WEEK after I had just saw Prince at Joe Louis Arena last summer, b4 I even knew about X-MEN. Had I knew about them, and worked that concert, my chances of meeting him would have been very high. My mother's boyfriend is good friends with Greg Brooks, and a friend of mine that works at Eastland mall in Detroit used 2 date Billy Sparks' niece.

When I was 19 I managed a movie theatre here in Minneapolis. He used to come in to a movie every couple months or so.
One Friday night while Prince was in the theatre (no- I don't remember which movie he was seeing, but I do remember he saw a lot of BAD movies), one of my nightly managers agreed to stay late so I could leave early. I walked past his limo on the way to my car. There was a folded up piece of paper on the ground outside the back door of the limo. I grabbed it and didn't look at it till I was in my car. It was this pinkish-orangish flowery stationary with lyrics written in pencil. I freaked!! I was on my way to a party and gladly passed it around for all to see my treasure. Since no one was a Prince fan, no one really cared.
Anyway, about 6 months later, Emancipation came out. What I have on that piece of paper is about 3 lines from "Style."

I saw Prince, Mani, and John Blackwell on Maui be4. He's more laid back over here but he's still a cool mf!! Aloha~~
