Prince...Ying Yang twins.. I saw the Y/Y twins video..I think it's called whisper, or shhh..or something like that...I swear it's Black sweat, but with more women in it. The bass line is similar...

Now how come THEY get played on the radio, but Prince doesn't? The dreadful Whisper song is months old now, so it was out way before black sweat  I heard Black Sweat on the radio when it first came out, so I don't know where you're at, but they definitely played it here. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke) | |

even if the "Whisper Song" had just come out....it would've been just a coincidence that the bass lines are similar, because I doubt that would've been enough time to release a song after hearing "B.S" looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke) | |

the point I was making (badly) was, here are two songs that sound similar, yet one is shown, and Prince's isnt. thats all where do you live? VH1 played the video....it was even on the countdown. One late night I even saw it on MTV....it seemed out of place though, considering the other stuff they usually play. While Prince is exponentially more talented, it'll be hard for him to compete with the "flavor of the month" mindset of videos/music today, which is sad. | |
