Ive seen the 12 inch, with metallic style lettering in a plain black sleeve, flip side is BLB, its not extended jam either just album versions, thats cheap

I recieved the BLACK SWEAT double A side cd single with the video and singles Black Sweat and BLB, got it on e-bay. It's nice as I only wanted the video.
