I agree that it was surreal to dance with Prince. I am 5'10" and wore flats b/c I fully expected to be picked to go on stage since I was the tallest in the front row and Prince and Tamar couldn't miss me. I guess with his shoes he came up to my shoulder and I tried not to stare, because someone who met him before said not to, but he so damned pretty! After I got off stage I text messaged everyone in my phone at 1:45am to tell them. | |

My wife had a blast, but now she says that she really never needs to go see another concert again, because she knows that it won't be able to touch the Prince concert. I think it was almost as much fun watching her up there. I was so engrossed in watching my wife up there, I didn't notice that Prince had moved to our side of the stage. He was right there in front of me. My wife said that he patted her on the back when he passed her, and she returned the favor, and that he smiled at her. My wife didn't used to be as big a Prince fan as I was, but now its pretty close. He got some big brownie points for bringing her on stage. Now, I'm allowed to listen to more Prince than before lol. I think she was up there for about 30 minutes or so. | |
