Well that's not really true but I think I would be a completely different person if I hadn't listened to his music.

Freedom of speech, defending him in debates with my friends throughout my teenage years, HIS freedom of speech in his songs

My sexuality - I am sure I wouldn't be so 'open' and sexually charged, he taught me loads during my puberty (and I can be really kinky!)

Art..being able to express myself as a person and through my artistic creativity..

I could go on forever but how has he affected you?

Well I thought this would be a good thread but you all seem brain dead outthere!!

Prince will always be the man. He has always been a positive force in my life. He has taught me how to become a better person. He has always touched me with his music and he brings out so many Emotions in me. No one else has ever had this effect on me before. It is so Powerful ,sometimes I just become afraid . It's quite Intimidating. I adore him Wholeheartedly. He has showed me THE Light!

I think I would be alot different now if it hadn't been for this man's music. He helped me realize that it was fine just being me. He helped me come to terms with heartaches in my life. He helped me realize that sex was not just a thing but a act of beauty. So no I wouldn't be who I am today if not for him.

Everything little thing that happend to us in life makes us what we are today. What we are today is a result of our past. the music we hear, the movies we see...good or bad, its all in our memory. Prince is a part of that 2, but plz dont overastemate his influence in ur life. U have ur own personality. I would be scared if 1 person would have that impact in my life. That would mean that i cant think for myself.

yes he is an influence...he is a bigger influence then other artists yes. But what about books, tv movies etc...
Books have more in influence on me then prince.
But i get ur point...there was a time he meant a lot to me 2. But i guess i grown over it...life made me what i am today. There s a lot of stuff that happend in my life that made me what i am today. Things that i was part of myself.
