I think he looked his best around 1995-1996. Perhaps when he performed Endorphinmachine on VH-1 for some fashion awards thing.

I think he looked coolest in 99-00 when he was doing "Rave un2 joy fantastic"

I also think he looked v.cool 91-92 with the diamonds and pearls stuff. how cool did he look in the gett off video
