And then there's the story of when Lawrence Fishburn went on, I think it was The Tonight Show" and Jay Leno was asking him about Prince. Lawrence F. said that he and Prince were friends and that because Lawrence F. wouldn't tell him anything about The Matrix sequels Prince sat him WAY UP HIGH for one of his shows

The NPG Matrix: Prince World
Young nubile Mayte is a normal high school student. Mysterious black dude Princeus is determined to "free her mind." He speaks in clipped, cryptic intonations, annoying the fuck out of everyone around him. He insists she is "The One" and they must prepare for "The Emancipation." On their first meeting, he offers her a red pill and a purple pill. Later he introduces her to his wacky cronies and she begins her training as The One. Evil Agent Kevin Smith is hot on Princeus's tracks, determined to foil the Revolution and ascertain the location of the super secret NPG hideout, Prince World. Agent Kevin is a Matrix construct and is everywhere and nowhere. Meanwhile Mayte meets the Oracle, Mavis Staples, to learn how to deal with the weird shenanigans of Princeus. The finale: Epic confrontation between Princeus and Agent Kevin. Princeus is on the ropes, about the die, but Agent Kevin runs out of film! Mayte swoops in and does a little shimmy, as Princeus enters Agent Kevin's body and shatters him from within. Last frame: Mayte is free now.
