A plea : Prince please Podcast the 3121 Exclusive Gig… We all know that Princey was at the forefront of using the web to distribute his music. I’d reckon that the ahdio shows in the early days of the club were forerunners of todays Podcasts.
But now he seems to make precious little use of the web except as a distribution channel for material that we could all get elsewhere anyway. What I’m suggesting is a bit more exclusivity for club membership. A Podcast of this exclusive 3121 gig but only available to club members would be cool. Hell, I’d be willing to pay out for a Podcast what about anyone else? The technology is right here. Come on Prince, just make use of it! [Edited 4/21/06 4:33am] | |

you people are still so naive when it comes to Prince's tricks if the 3121 exclusive gig will ever show up anywhere it will be in the musicology download store for some serious $$.  ain't no party like a free new power party and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

I just figured that a Podcast might better suit the distribtion of a gig rather than the download store which to date has had relatively short tracks only. Maybe he's waiting for the Event to happen and then once he gets that out the way, he'll do tv shows. | |
