Prince plays secret concert?

I saw this on http://www.jetmusic.co.uk

Mark is busy beating his original bass tracks that he began at Sunset, and at this moment is working on 'Hey Kids', which we have decided to give a once over, having never put it to bed the first time around. Things are happening a lot faster than everyone expected, which gives us more time to play around with album titles and artwork. Some of the lads went out to see a secret performance (300 people!) by Prince at the Roosevelt hotel on the weekend. Others went out to Silverlake and saw a new band (who for legal reasons will remain nameless) who's weird and spindly take on the bluesier side of 60's rock went down very well. Oh, and Dom is back...camera in hand filming odds and sods for future surprises. That's all for now.....

Not sure if this is old news or something more recent (it is the latest piece of news on the Jet site).

Anyone know anything about this?
'I loved him then, I love him now and will love him eternally. He's with our son now.' Mayte 21st April 2016 = the saddest quote I have ever read! RIP Prince and thanks for everything.

It wasn't that secret as we knew about it in advance but here was the review:

Prince live at the Roosevelt Hotel 2nite....

OK guys, very sorry for those of you who could not get in. Big mistake for the PP3 to announce it, because I was told right away that I could not tell anyone about it because it was invite only. I figured I owe it to fans to give a report so I actually took messy notes on my Blackberry.

First we hung out at Teddy's (VERY VIP ONLY CLUB DOWNSTAIRS) for a while. Around us, Christina Aguilera, Jack Nicholson, Jeremy Piven, Nicole Richie, Salma Hayek, Marilyn Manson, Shannon Elizabeth, Heath Ledger, Zach Braff, Donald Faison, and many many more, most of who proceeded to the "3121" Club that was created in the ballroom with full tour stage. Appolonia was hanging in the front but Prince was not paying attention to her (it seemed).

The tracklist (started at 12:30 am and ended 2:13am)

"3121" (from the new album)
Break the chains
Come together (The Beatles)

Tamar steps to the foreground
All night long-Tamar
Waiting on you-Tamar
"Do right woman" (Aretha Franklin)-Tamar
"Love will make you so happy" (Chaka Kahn)-Tamar
"When a man loves a woman"- (Percy Sledge)-Tamar

Prince rolls back out with a new orange stratocaster, with a change of costume (looking like the hot thing outfit from SOTT and a black hat)

Beautiful strange
Red-Headed Stepchild
You Shook Me All Night Long (AC/DC song), great girl from crown come sup and sings the hell out of it! beautiful!
Be Happy-(Mary J. Blige song)
Hollaback girl (a piece of Gwen Stafani's hit)
3121 jam
Rock steady (Another Aretha Franklin song with Tamar)

Don't Stop Til You Get Enough (with Tamar..)---Michael Jackson

(Murph says: I saw him do this in New York....Prince plays the signature rhythm guitar riff we all know and love while Tamar sings lead; and then Prince sings backup on what many considers to be one of MJ's greatest dance songs!!!!...Prince has been giving MJ a lot of love lately on the club dates...It's as if he's letting MJ know, "Come on back dog...they ready for you!!!")

What Have You done For Me Lately-- (Murph says: Janet Jackson....this song follows MJ's classic; Prince giving more love to the Jackson clan...)

Partyman (from the classic Prince Batman soundtrack)
Play that funky music white boy (classic '70s funk hit...)
Love roller coaster (Another classic '70s hit...)
It ain't over

Encore
Purple Rain (If you don't know this song, you better find out....)
Let's Go crazy (Ditto....)
