How much do you think Prince exercises? What is his routine?

Physical fitness is very important to Prince. He's in great shape and I could tell he's Beefier than ever. Does anybody know or has anybody ever heard of what exercises he performs? And are you exercising yourself?

I posted the same topic about 3 months ago. I wanted to know the exact same thing. The kind of responses I got from people on the org were that they didn't care about his work out routines but they only cared about the music...etc.

If anybody has any info on what Prince does as his exercise routine, please post it here. Please be serious about it, no jokes.

prince ain't beefy! He's thin (so his clothes fit right)... during the purple rain tour the houston paper reported that among many things he requested in his hotel room, were very light weight (10 or 15 pound) dumbells.

I figure that Prince swims a lot because in the 'Get Off' Maxi-Video, you see him by the pool. The pics from Rave when he is with Mayte in the pool.

I can't recall but in the documentary, 'The Prince of Paisley Park', I thought I saw a weight bench and a barbell in his office.

I do believe the great all powerful Vagina is talking about Prince today not Prince of years ago. Recent pictures of him do show more bulk on the mans body than before. You can tell in his face and the way his clothes are hanging that he has add some muscle bulk to his frame. And damn but he is more gorgeous than ever for it. As for his routine, he probably stcks to free weights and cardio workouts. You know, running, bike riding and push-ups. And I do believe he plays some basketball so that, in it's self is a workout in a way.

Lots of love to you all.

What about vitamins ? Do you believe they are really needed because a lot of doctors don't believe in them. But I do. I think they are helpful. Especially when we aren't eating right.

what's so weird is that my perception is the exact opposite. I feel like he is thinner now than ever. He was bigger and his face was rounder before the mid 80's. In older photos (like Dirty mind and before) he looks more bulky to me.

didn't he even say himself, that his face lost it's puffiness (hence his nickname "bulldog" in school) when he turned vegan?

True he did lose alot of his fat bulk after becoming a vegan (yes fat bulk). I know I did before I became a vegan but I was in very good shape, now that I have started eating some meat again I hope it don't come back. Most people have some fat on there faces (ecspecially younger people even into their twenties) but if you noticed back then he was unbeleivably skinny about the rest of his body. I am trying to locate the picture I am thinking of that shows him more recently, where you can see all his new muscle. I think it is of him playing b-ball. As soon as I find it or if I find it I will put it in my profile.

Lots of love to you all.

Yes you probably would but you can do it without making that big of a change. I was small when I became a vegan but still had what looked like fat on my face. When I became a vegan (and I'm talking strict vegan) most of that went away. But alot of exercise does help.

Lots of love to you all.

I remember an article listing what Prince requires in his hotels pritned during the Act I tour in 1993. Apparently, since he hadn't toured the U.S. in a while, the fact that Prince wanted a certain brand of bottled water, a chef 24/7 & weights up to 200 pounds, qualified as news at the time.

Let's talk about your blind devotion to ME: you're either pissing yourself to respond to any & everything I say OR you're bringing me up out of the blue on every fucking thread. Damn, who's bitch are you - Prince's or MINE???

There's a difference between blind devotion & compulsion to annoy. & don't tell me it has no impact on you. Otherwise, you'd ignore me entirely. Oh, & don't flatter youself. I ignore plenty of what you have to say. Because frankly, you don't say all that much that I find even remotely interesting. Those stupid faces that are everpresent in your posts are really not that insightful, you know?

You may now return to your regularly scheduled irrelevance.

I don't have a clue, part from the footage of the weight lifting bench in the BBC Omnibus documentary from Paisley Park (with the tiniest weights I've ever seen!) and the song Ripopgodazippa, where Mayte gets her uvula exercised.

My guess is that he doesn't really work out that much. He seems to work a lot of the time and then he has to fuck his ladies and attend the odd ball-game or movie - there's simply no more time.

It does appear that he can keep it going with not that much food or sleep, which obviously keeps him skinny. He belts down a lot of coffee and tea instead, to keep him up and going.

I used to think that he had the most beautiful build, like in the late eighties/early nineties. Check out the Scandalous video and others. After he stopped eating right, there's just not that much left of him, however. He's still awesome, but his torso is not.

CalhounSq & IrisEcho - will the two of you please just stop? Every thread is either him starting with her or her starting with him & it gets BORING. This is a Prince site & no place for your petty, childish skirmishes. Grow up! It's no wonder I rarely bother to post here - no one would see anything I have to say in between all of the nonsense!

You have to remember vag.. Every body is different. What one thing can do for another might not do the dame for you. I myself do not eat pork or red meat...NOT even my kids... My kids are skinny kids because they NEVER ate it from birth. I do not buy the stuff. But we substitute with things like peanut butter, nuts and we eat lots of chicken and veggies and fruits.. We are not vegetarians because they eat no meat period..If I gain a few pounds like after pregnancy I cannot get on my thread mill I have to lose the weight first because my body fat turns to muscle FAST. Which can put more pounds on me. SO I have to wait until I am a weight level that I am perfect with and then just keep it firm by getting on the threadmill... Dont get to caught up in what others do you have to get to know how your body works.
