Is there any diffrences between the Ultimate Prince Cd set that was suposed to come out a week before 3121 and the version set to come out June2006?

If so what are they?

Seems they slipped throught the cracks. When I went to list them on ebay, the ebay info that pulled up according to the number on the barcode says they are to be put on shelves June2006.

That's why I was asking. I am trying to better understand what it is I got and what it is I am selling it for.

It's bizarre that some places are still selling them - either they never got the 'recall' order or just plain ignored it.

The 'official' re-release date keeps changing. Some websites, like I think Amazon, kept putting the date back a week, then another week, then another week, which shows that they didn't have a firm release date at all but were quite happy taking your money for pre-orders on the off-chance. Amazon now has it at December 31, 2025, which is clearly absurd - they have just put a far off date until they have any firm information, which clearly they do not. I think the 'June' dates and 'September' dates are exactly the same - far off dates that will be moved further back if the wrangles over the release of the CD are not fixed by then.

That's what I found in my research on the net. Hmmmmm... I don't remember which sites and I'm not sure if I wrote it down somewhere in my huge pile of 'notes'! LOL But u can trust me when I give u those dates, that I am indeed being honest. The date alone is enough to not believe! LOL

I heard it was stopped for artwork reasons.

HMV on Oxford St (London) have it available on import (not sure where it's imported from!), for £35.
