cheech & chong get delirious

was watching some dvd a friend let me borrow called
'cheech & chong, still smoking'
was suprised when i started hearing the song delirious
i heard the beat and got so shocked

in the scene the 2 are in amsterdam
at a restraunt/cafe
they order some weed tea, some tossed bud salad and other food
while eating their greens the song plays
'body gets so weak i can hardly stand
my temperatures running hot, baby u got to stop...'

then i noticed at the staring credits it states
music by George S. Clinton

is it a coincidence or is that george clinton from pfunk, parliament etc
You saw the apple
hanging on the tree,
But missed the orchid
in your gaze

I have posted about this two years ago, I had first noticed that in 1989...funny thing is, on another version of that movie the song Delirious got replaced by a similar sounding song called Twisted..I wonder why ? lol

And that George S.Clinton is not THE George Clinton we´re all familiar with...he´s a movie score composer...by the way, there are also movies where Renato Neto wrote the score music.
" I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"
